Luton Town have bolstered their squad ahead of their return to League One. Whilst they have lost key assets like Carlton Morris, Thelo Aasgaard and Thomas Kaminski, Matt Bloomfield has recruited brilliantly, with a permanent transfer for Josh Keeley after his brilliant campaign at Leyton Orient.
