Michael Turner
Released by Southend United at the end of last season, the thirty-five-year-old is perhaps best known for his spells at Hull City and Sunderland where he played in the Premier League and was once touted for an England call-up.
He arrived at Southend from Norwich City in 2017 after spells on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and Fulham. He made sixty-five outings for the Shrimpers in two years across all competitions until the now-departed Kevin Bond released him in the summer.
An excellent player in his day, he is well past his best but could still do a job in League Two.
