Lincoln City
Our second choice comes in the form of a former club of Raggett’s in Lincoln City. The defender was frustrated by his former employers this past weekend as his current club played out a goalless draw with them. And Raggett was quick to point out he felt his side deserved all three points on the day.
With his connection in the past, it makes his former club an easy choice to add to the list, even when he departed the Imps, part of the deal saw him remain with them for a season before he left permanently for Norwich City. In his first season at Lincoln, following his signing from Dover, he made 41 appearances for the club, scoring five goals in that time. And during his season-long loan which he remained, he made a further 23 appearances scoring two more goals.
The Imps this season are another team who could use Raggett’s discipline record, having picked up 62 yellow cards and three red cards this season, one of those red cards was seen by a defender also when Ben House saw red against Derby as the two sides played out a 1-1 draw.
They are however already a very organised team defensively but adding Raggett in could make them even more organised at the back. In their last six games, the Imps have only conceded once, but scoring has been a struggle for them with only three of those games seeing goals.
