Danny Cowley

A few Charlton fans might not like the thought of a manager like Cowley, known for direct football, but he would relish the chance to take over at The Valley. He took a sleeping giant of the lower leagues, Lincoln City, and awoke the city. He was unlucky to be sacked by Huddersfield after wanting to bring in a British, homegrown feel to the squad, but that sort of approach would surely be welcomed at Charlton. Along with brother Nicky, he relishes a challenge and unifies fans and the club like no other.
