Matt Jarvis

With eight years of Premier League football behind him, Matt Jarvis would be an astute catch for a bottom half side looking for some experience.

He spent time with Gillingham in pre-season, but that didn’t work out. After starting his career with the Gills he played for Wolves, Norwich and West Ham to name but three, as well as winning an England cap.

He’s been out of the game for a year now though and would need a sympathetic audience.
