The highly-rated 18-year-old is currently spending the season at Fratton Park from Tottenham Hotspur and has made 31 appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring on six occasions as Pompey lie tenth in the table.
Scarlett also has experience of being amongst the England set up by scoring an impressive 12 goals in only 14 appearances for the England U’19s before entering his first real taste of senior football this season.
