Steve Morrison
Morrison started his coaching career at Millwall and Northampton before moving to Cardiff to become the manager of the Under 21’s. He then was promoted to the first team manager and took charge of them for 45 games, leaving them in a much better position than when he came in. Steve even himself said he was shocked to be sacked by the club. He changed Cardiff by lowering the age gap and tackling a bad financial situation. He gave debuts to young academy graduates and made Cardiff more competitive, and ultimately unlucky to be sacked.
