When Lincoln City signed Tyler Walker earlier this summer, there was widespread delight amongst their fanbase. Why? Because he is classed as one of the best to have appeared for the Imps this century.
However, is he the best? What constitutes a great striker for the Imps? Is it all about goals per game, total goals, or something much more? We spoke to a selection of Lincoln City fans and asked them to name the top five strikers to have played for the club since 2000. We didn’t give them criteria, although it seems scoring goals does rank highly, hence no Drewe Broughton.
