Colchester United are looking to strengthen their squad in the January transfer window by targeting rising stars from non-league football.
Head coach Danny Cowley has confirmed that the U’s are closely monitoring young talent currently playing outside the EFL, with an emphasis on players who are on the way up in their careers.

Cowley is now looking ahead to further strengthening the team for the second half of the season.
