Reach is known for his versatility, having operated predominantly as a winger, but also capable of playing in midfield and as a left-back. The 31-year-old’s career highlights include a £5 million move to Sheffield Wednesday in 2016, where he went on to play over 200 games for the Owls before moving to West Brom in 2021. He made 19 appearances for the Baggies last season, though his campaign was hampered by a quadriceps injury.
Both Christie and Reach, as unattached players, are eligible to sign for Swansea City even though the summer transfer window has closed.
