Plymouth Argyle are in talks to sign Norwich City Midfielder Adam Forshaw, according to Pink Un, as the player has entered into the final six months of his contract.
Forshaw, who joined Norwich in the summer following a five year spell at Leeds United has found himself limited to nine appearances during his time at Carrow Road and is now linked with a move to newly-promoted Plymouth Argyle. The 32-year-old has vast experience in the second tier having also made a combined 200 appearances for Brentford and Middlesbrough.
The Englishman has faced injury troubles since joining the Canaries five months ago, finding himself making just six appearances in the second tier, having only started two games this season.
According to online reports, the midfielder is in talks for a switch to fellow Championship outfit Plymouth Argyle, who are looking to replace their outgoing stars in Finn Azaz and Luke Cundle under the new management of Ian Foster, with the two players joining fellow Championship sides Middlesbrough and Stoke City respectively.
The club have found themselves 20th in The Championship after a thirteen-year absence. While there is an eight-point gap between the Pilgrims and the bottom three, the Home Park outfit are looking to add to their side following recent outgoings to assure second-tier survival.
Argyle have been quite inconsistent this season, with one win, four draws and a loss in their last six league outings. Foster will be looking to rectify this if an instant relegation back to League One is to be avoided.

Forshaw’s experience could be very handy for Plymouth’s battle for survival as he could prove to be a great option to meet the short-term objective of surviving a relegation battle.
This move would work well for all parties, with the player out of favour at his current club and Argyle in need of second-tier experience given Foster has a relatively young side to work with.
