League Two’s Longest Serving Players – Five-A-Side Team

Defender – Will Nightingale (AFC Wimbledon)

The longest-serving defender to be playing his trade in England’s fourth division is the AFC Wimbledon’s, Will Nightingale, who has been at the club for a total of eight years, seven months and 13 days.

Nightingale came up through the youth ranks at AFC Wimbledon and has gone on to make 190 appearances for the Dons since earning a contract with the club in 2014, of which 145 of those appearances were in League One. The 27-year-old, who has made only eight appearances this season, is out of contract in the summer.
