Goalkeeper – David Richards (Crewe Alexandra)
The longest-serving shot-stopper in between the sticks in League Two is David Richards, who plays his football at Crewe Alexandra, where he has been for seven years, six months and 16 days.
Richards joined the Cheshire-based outfit in 2015 where he joined from Bristol City, making 88 appearances during that time and keeping 18 clean sheets. The 29-year-old has made only seven appearances for the club and is out of contract in the summer, becoming the second choice to Arthur Okonkwo this season who has since joined Austrian Side SK Sturm Graz on loan from Arsenal.
Since Okonkwo’s departure, however, Richards has played the last five league games for the club.
