Derby are reportedly in discussions over a potential move for Arsenal youngster Kido Taylor-Hart, according to Mike McGrath via his Twitter.
The League One club have already secured one top flight players loan signature today in midfielder Harvey White from Tottenham Hotspur.
At present, it is unclear whether the move would be a permanent deal or a loan move, however, it is believed to be a loan deal in regards to Derby’s current transfer situation.
Taylor-Hart joined Arsenal at the age of seven, scouted by famous Arsenal scout Brian Stapleton, a man known for scouting some current up and coming players, such as Charlie Patino, Daniel Ballard and Max Aarons. He has been a part of the famous Hale End set up ever since, an academy which has seen the rise of players such as Bukayo Saka, Eddie Nketiah and Emile Smith-Rowe.

Taylor-Hart is a very exciting young prospect, and has the tools to be a top player, we have seen what being a part of Hale End can do for a players career, provided they have the right attitude to give them success in the game. He is a player who is very quick with his feet and can cause a headache for a full back, primarily playing on the left hand side of the attack and has been compared to another former Hale End player in Omari Hutchinson who made the switch across London to Chelsea.
Currently, the 20-year-old is struggling to break into the PL2 side, let alone be anywhere near vying for a place in the first team. He has been in four match day squads in the reserve side, on the bench for all of them, totalling 63 minutes of football across three appearances, and an unused substitute against Tottenham.
With his lack of minutes, it is clear to see that the player could do with a confidence boost and gain some first team minutes at a senior level to get his career back on the right track, the player has a lot of potential and this setback within Arsenal by no means would mean his time there is coming to an end. If this were a loan move, it could be beneficial for all parties involved, however, the Gunners would be wary of letting another potential talent leave permanently given their track record in these situations.
