Fleetwood Are Set To Sign Jayden Stockley on a permanent deal, He will sign a two-and-a-half-year deal according to Richard Cawley.
Stockley, 29, is currently contracted to League One Charlton Athletic where he plays primarily as a striker. He has featured in 29 games this season, contributing to six goals in that time. The forward now looks set to be on the move to League One side Fleetwood Town who have been be in the market to sign attacking reinforcements after the signing of Jack Marriot from Peterborough.
Jayden Joined Charlton in January 2021 from Championship side Preston North End, he was originally sent out on loan, but this was made permanent by Charlton. Last season, he hit 13 goals in 33 games in League One.
Charlton currently sit 15th in League One, following the sacking of Ben Garner. Dean Holden has been keen to make additions to the squad this window having taken over following a disappointing start to the season for the Addicks.
The Cod Army currently sit 17th in League one four points off the relegation zone, after a steady start of the season under Scott Brown, they look to improve the squad in their push to move clear of the relegation fight.

I think that Jayden would be a good signing for Fleetwood he is a quality striker and can help them in their survival bid. Stockley’s hold-up play can allow him to bring other people into the game, Fleetwood could be a good spring pad for him to find the form that people know he is capable of.
