Alex Palmer – Plymouth Argyle

With 37 outings to his name for League One bound Plymouth, Palmer is the only keeper from L1 or L2 to make the FIFA TOTS. He’s on loan at Home Park from West Brom and has previously struggled to break through with spells at Kidderminster, Oldham and Notts County.

There’s been no struggle for the 6ft 3in stopper this season as his TOTS card attests to. With 85 diving and 82 reflexes he still wouldn’t be most player’s choice to pull out of a pack, purely because keepers are not quite worth as much as those outfield stars.
