9th – Ben Whiteman (Doncaster)

Whiteman might feel hard done by with a 69 rating. He’s a comfortable and composed midfielder who attracted the attention of Hull City over the summer.

Such is the FIFA rating system that had he moved to Hull, he may well have boasted a 70 or 71 rating, but he stayed put in League One and is just shy of the elusive 70.

Whiteman spent a portion of his youth career with Man United before moving to Sheffield United and at just 23 is one to keep an eye on in the future.
