Derby County are considering free agent additions to their squad following the confirmation that midfielder David Ozoh will miss the remainder of the season due to a thigh injury.
The 19-year-old, on loan from Crystal Palace, suffered the setback in the recent defeat to Millwall and will now be sidelined for the rest of the campaign.
Eustace Open to New Arrivals
With Ozoh’s absence leaving a gap in midfield, manager John Eustace has not ruled out dipping into the free agent market to bolster his squad. The Rams recently secured striker Kemar Roofe on a short-term deal, and further reinforcements could now follow.
“We are looking at a few players to come in and train, but there is nobody else signed at the moment,” Eustace said when asked about the possibility of another addition.
