League Two is often rarely seen in full on live TV, often reserved for their play-off matches and the occasional match during the international break.
That is the case this time around, with Salford City’s game against Stockport County in March marking the first time since November that a fourth-tier game was broadcast.
Sky’s new deal with the EFL will see an increase in coverage for the league, with a minimum of 248 matches set to be broadcast from next season, with five matches in each weekend block coming from either League One or League Two.
