It’s another special from the Real EFL team, and this time, we’ve got an EFL manager to have a chat with host Adam Scully.
Port Vale boss Crosby had a strong playing career in the lower leagues, appearing as a tough defender for Darlington, Oxford, and Scunthorpe, amongst others. He was twice named in the PFA Team of the Season, with Oxford in 03/04 and Scunthorpe in 04/05.
He twice won promotion with the Iron to the Championship in 2007 and 2009, before retiring in 2010.
In his management career, he has been caretaker boss for Northern Ireland Under 21s before stepping up as caretaker at Port Vale last season. He was given the job on a permanent basis in the summer.
