Ian Evatt

Evatt would be a bold and exciting appointment, a former Tangerines hero who is currently impressing with Barrow. The National League side had a tendency to lean on the long ball in recent years, but he’s got them playing wonderful football as they hunt a Football League spot.

Evatt has links with Bloomfield Road and that fits the pattern we saw previously with Simon Grayson. If Simon Sadler is looking to bring someone in that might get some slack from the fans at first, Evatt is the man.
