It was a good day yesterday for young Arsenal striker Tyreece John-Jules who is currently on loan in League One with Lincoln City.
Not only did he score the winner for the Imps in their hard-fought 1-0 win over Blackpool, he also caused the experienced Seasiders defence problems all afternoon with his intelligent running and classy touches before being named the sponsors’ man of the match.
His goal, his first in senior football, showed composure beyond his years, taking a sharp pass with an excellent first touch before slotting it past the Blackpool keeper into the corner of the net.
It was a goal reminiscent of many scored by Arsenal legend Ian Wright during his trophy-laden spell at Highbury, and the now TV pundit tweeted the young striker some encouragement and advice after the game.
Thank you legend ❤️🙌🏽 https://t.co/n1CICT3jnl

It was a nice touch by Wright that no doubt capped off a fantastic day for the eighteen-year-old, clearly enjoying his first spell away from the Emirates.
The tweet was also picked up on by plenty of Lincoln fans who were quick to invite Wright to Sincil Bank to watch the youngster and sample some famous Lincolnshire hospitality.
Here is a selection of responses to the interaction between the youngster and Gunners legend on Twitter.
Wrighty is an Imp, he hates Grimsby! 😉

Did you not see him in the jungle. I don't think he would cope in that block
