It will be the first loan move away from the East London outfit for Holland who will be looking to impress to stake a claim for inclusion in the first-team reckoning under new manager David Moyes at the London Stadium next season.
The versatile midfielder is highly thought of by the coaching staff at West Ham after some outstanding performances in Premier League 2. They hope regular senior football will aid his development and toughen him up after sources revealed Moyes feels he’s currently ‘too lightweight’ for the first-team squad.
The Manchester-born youngster has scored twelve goals in thirteen games for the Under-23’s this season as well as providing six assists.
