First Prediction For Lincoln City vs Wrexham – Lincoln City – Draw No Bet – 83/100
This game looked as if it may have been season-defining as recently as a week ago. With Wrexham and Wycombe Wanderers neck and neck for much of the season in the race for automatic promotion, it seemed likely that the Red Dragons would need a win at the LNER Stadium to secure a place in the Championship. However, the Chairboys fell to defeat at Leyton Orient last weekend, leaving Wrexham with the opportunity to complete the deal. It’s one they took with an impressive 3-0 victory over Charlton Athletic. This means Phil Parkinson’s side can now enjoy their visit to the East Midlands with little pressure.
Despite both teams no longer having anything to play for, Lincoln are unlikely to take this game lightly. They will be hoping to spoil Wrexham’s party and will be looking to finish the campaign strongly. The Imps can still secure a top 10 finish and have been in excellent form at home as of late, securing victories over the likes of Bolton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town. They’ve also hit the back of the net on 15 occasions in their last five outings at Sincil Bank.
Second Prediction For Lincoln City vs Wrexham – Both Teams To Score – 33/50
Lincoln are one of the highest scorers in the division since the turn of the year. The January signing of James Collins has certainly aided their goal output, with the 34-year-old having scored 10 times in 19 appearances thus far. The Imps have picked up big victories over the likes of Peterborough United (5-1), Crawley Town (4-1), Bristol Rovers (5-0) and Bolton Wanderers (4-2) over the last few months, all of which have come at the LNER Stadium. However, they have also struggled defensively against teams at the top of the table, as seen last week when they suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Stockport County.
Wrexham are in a rich vein of form and have failed to score just once in their last nine. Phil Parkinson could give club legend Paul Mullin a rare outing here. The attacker will be keen to sign off with a goal in what would likely be his final appearance for the Welsh-based outfit. Rotation is also likely, which will play into Lincoln’s hands.
Third Prediction For Lincoln City vs Wrexham – Over 2.5 Goals – 17/20
Half of Lincoln’s fixtures at the LNER Stadium have produced at least three goals, although there have been many which have seen much more. Three of their last five have also been goal fests, with last weekend’s 3-2 defeat at Stockport following on from a 4-2 win over Bolton.
Wrexham head into this fixture with an identical record in this market. Saturday’s 3-0 win over Charlton Athletic secured promotion, a result which followed a 2-1 victory at Blackpool. Phil Parkinson has a wealth of attacking options, including Sam Smith, Jay Rogriguez, Jack Marriott, Steven Fletcher and Paul Mullin. In short, there could be plenty of goals in this one.

Full Preview of the Game: Last Results and Head-To-Head
Lincoln have been languishing in mid-table for much of the past few months after a disappointing drop down the table after Christmas. However, their recent form has been excellent and they have picked up wins over teams above them in the league, such as Huddersfield Town (1-0), Reading (1-0) and Bolton Wanderers (4-2). A run of five games without a defeat came to an end last weekend when they went down 3-2 at Stockport County, despite leading 2-0 at the break. That was the third time Michael Skubala’s team had given up a two-goal lead this month after doing so against Charlton and Bolton. Although they had to settle for a point against the Addicks, they did recover to beat Bolton.
Wrexham have hit form at the perfect time, especially after Wycombe’s recent collapse. It looked certain that the race for promotion would go to the final day, but the Chairboys suffered back-to-back defeats against Charlton (4-0) and Leyton Orient (1-0). Therefore, the Red Dragons secured a place in the Championship on Saturday with an impressive 3-0 win over Charlton. That victory extended their unbeaten run to nine games.
The reverse fixture earlier this season was a tight affair, where Wrexham picked up a narrow 1-0 victory in November. That was the first meeting in the EFL between the two since 2008, where an already-relegated Wrexham won 4-2 at Sincil Bank. The Imps did win both home and away in their infamous 2016/17 campaign, where they won the National League title and reached the FA Cup quarter final.
