Full Preview of the Game: Last Results and Head-To-Head
Cardiff have slipped in the bottom three this month despite not losing in their last four games. This is mainly down to recording three draws, with points picked up against Sheffield Wednesday, Queens Park Rangers and Preston North End. A 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers prior to the international break was a valuable one, but that followed three successive defeats against Burnley, Sunderland and Luton Town.
Stoke have kept threatening to pull away from the bottom three over the past few weeks, but seem to drop points at the wrong time. Their last outing saw them concede an added time equaliser against fellow relegation battlers Luton, whilst a 1-1 draw against Preston could prove to be a valuable point.
