On top of their dismal form, they haven’t found the back of the net in the last two games, and despite the fact that Sheffield Wednesday have a dismal record of their own in terms of their defensive record, the hosts have really struggled for goals since former manager John Eustace departed Ewood Park. As mentioned previously, their average goal-scoring record per game for the season is only 1.05. They do not have a player who has scored more than seven goals in the league, with their top scorer being the injured Andreas Weimann, who has scored seven goals. With the form the hosts are in, alongside the fact that they have struggled for goals as of late, it looks likely that they will struggle once again to find the back of the net.ย
