League Two
Our Three Predictions for Bromley vs Port Vale
- First Prediction: Both teams to score – 3/4
- Second Prediction: Michael Cheek to score at any time – 43/20
- Third Prediction: Match to end in a draw – 23/10
First Prediction for Bromley vs Port Vale – Both teams to score – 3/4
Both sides have proved that they can stick the ball in the back of the net this season. The hosts have scored 23 goals in the league, and the visitors have scored 26 goals in the league. Andy Woodman’s side have only failed to score in three matches this season in all competitions, and have scored at least one goal in their last nine fourth-tier matches. Although Vale have failed to score in four games, they have scored three more goals than their opponents. On average, the Ravens score 1.28 goals per match, while the Valiants score 1.37. Although Moore’s side have a solid defence, both teams are likely to score in this League Two clash.
Second Prediction for Bromley vs Port Vale – Michael Cheek to score at any time – 43/20
Speaking of Bromley scoring, talisman Michael Cheek is already on double-digits in League Two, and the 33-year-old has further added to his tally in cup competitions. The striker is on form too and has scored five goals in his last eight matches in all competitions. It will come as no shock to most that Cheek is being backed to score, as he is also joint top-scorer with both Andy Cook and Matty Stevens, who both have 10 goals a piece. The 33-year-old may fancy adding to his tally against a side being tipped for promotion.
Third Prediction for Bromley vs Port Vale – Match to end in a draw – 23/10
Although Vale are one of the sides who are promotion favourites, their form has dipped off in the last couple of weeks. In their last five matches, only two of the five have been wins, whilst two more have ended level. They suffered their first loss in a while at the hands of promotion rivals Walsall at Vale Park last weekend, who have now leapfrogged the side to go top of the league with a game in hand. Despite Port Vale being 12 places above Bromley, Bromley are the side who do have better form coming into this one. Although the majority of their results have been draws, in the league, they are unbeaten in nine and have won the last three on the bounce. There’s no doubt that Moore and his side are looking to bounce back but, with the recent form Bromley are in, this could well end up an even game.

Full Preview of the Game – Last Results and Head-To-Head
This game looks to be a good one, with both sides good enough to earn the three points. However, with Port Vale’s recent dip in form, three points could mean a lot to them, but, they are coming up against a side on great form in Bromley. Depending on other results, Vale could well return to the top of the pile with a win over Woodman’s side, with the Ravens having the chance to further climb the table into 10th. There’s an added layer of pressure for Bromley, as they could make it three league wins in a row for the first time in the football league ever.
This is the first-ever competitive meeting between the two sides.
