Premier League Side Will Make Move For Leicester City Star On One Condition

Premier League side Fulham will make a move for Leicester City’s star midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall provided the Foxes fail to earn promotion back to the top-flight, according to talkSPORT.

Dewsbury-Hall has been a key player for Leicester over the past three seasons and still has a contract at the King Power Stadium until 2027 but has garnered interest from numerous teams in the Premier League.

The Leicester City academy graduate is one of the first names on the teamsheet and has even managed to get himself on the scoresheet twice already this term, bagging a late brace as Enzo Maresca’s side came back from 1-0 down against Coventry City to win 2-1.

The former Premier League champions have had an excellent start to the campaign, winning six of their opening seven fixtures and are sitting pretty in second place, looking primed for promotion back to the promised land.

However, as reported by talkSPORT, Marco Silva’s Fulham will make a move for the box-to-box star if the Foxes are unable to claw themselves back up to the top-flight.

Fulham have not been the only Premier League side interested in signing Dewsbury-Hall either. During the summer, Anfield Watch reported that English giants Liverpool were keen to sign the 25-year-old prior to bringing Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch to the club on loan as well as Wataru Endo from VfB Stuttgart.

Furthermore, 90min revealed a week before the transfer window closed that treble-winners Manchester City were weighing up a move for Dewsbury-Hall when it became apparent that a deal for Lucas Paqueta was off the table.

The report doesn’t reveal why Fulham will wait until the end of the campaign to make a move for Dewsbury-Hall but, chances are, if Leicester City don’t get promoted, signing the midfielder will be much less costly.

Dewsbury-Hall is an excellent player so it’s no surprise that numerous clubs in the Premier League are interested in acquiring his services.
