Bristol Rovers have signed Mark Little from Bolton Wanderers following the expiration of his contract.
Little brings a wealth of experience to the Gas, having made close to four hundred league appearances predominantly at Championship level. He has enjoyed two League One promotions during his career, the first came with Peterborough via the playoffs in 2011 and the second came with rivals Bristol City in 2015.
The thirty-year-old made eighty-eight league appearances for the Robins in a three-year stay before moving to Wanderers in 2017. He spent the last two seasons at the Macron Stadium, but following a successful first year, he remained out of the first-team reckoning for most of 2018/19, appearing just four times in a disappointing campaign.
Most Rovers fans seemed delighted with the news despite Little’s past and soon took to social media to delight in Little’s conversion from Robin to Gashead.
Here is a selection of their responses to the announcement of the signing on Twitter.
Mark Little is a blue, he hates City!

If we get the Mark Little of old it’s a decent signing, three full games and 30 mins last season would be a big worry for me though.
