Coventry City’s ongoing issues with the Ricoh Arena have prompted fans to express their anger on social media today.
the club put a tweet out telling supporters the ticket office would be closed, but given the uncertain future they face that’s been inflammatory to say the least.
The club haven’t made an announcement about where they’ll be playing next season, with an agreement thought to be close between SISU and the Ricoh Arena. However, news hasn’t broken as yet and that’s causing fans to worry.
Having previously been forced to groundshare with Northampton, the Sky Blues fans are agitated that it may be the case again. They’re firmly in the belief and rightly so, that Coventry belong in Coventry and that a deal has to be struck to keep them at their current home.
After an impressive season on the field, Mark Robins and his players deserve better than the current situation, as do the long-suffering supporters. You’ll find a selection of their responses to the recent club ticket office message below.
