With just over a week remaining until the start of the new League Two season, excitement is beginning to build in anticipation of the new campaign. A 46 game season is near impossible to predict, although The Real EFL writers have tried their luck at just who will be celebrating come May.
This season’s competition is arguably as tough as it ever has been in this division and it is easy to make a case for at least half of the division to stake a promotion claim. All eyes will be on the two promoted National League sides, with Wrexham and Notts County amongst the favourites. Relegated MK Dons are also looking to bounce back at the first time of asking, although Morecambe, Accrington Stanley and Morecambe may find life more difficult.

Final League Two Prediction
After last season’s play-off heartbreak, Stockport County are the overwhelming favourites to win the league amongst the majority of the team. Wrexham look set for back-to-back promotions whilst Gillingham’s ambitious transfer window has not gone unnoticed. Bradford City were also a popular choice for promotion, although Notts County are the writer’s pick for a second successive play-off triumph.
At the other end, the entire team predicted Crawley Town to finish rock bottom, whilst Harrogate Town could also be sent packing back to the National League. Newport County and Morecambe will be hoping that they enjoy a better campaign than the one The Real EFL writer’s expect.
